The catch, stated honestly
What's not in the free plan
PDF work orders, customer signatures, job photos, CSV export of your full list, more than two technicians and recurring jobs are Pro features, at $19 a month or a one-time $99 early-bird. They're the features that are most useful once you're handing paperwork to customers, which is also the point where the cost is easy to justify.
Free data lives in your browser. That means no sync between devices and no backup unless you export one. If you clear your browser's site data, your list goes with it. We'd rather tell you that here than have you find out the hard way.
