The whole loop
From the phone call to a closed job, on one screen
Nothing fancy, which is the point. Each piece does one job and does it clearly.
Create in under a minute
Press N, write what's wrong and where, set a priority and a due date. The details are written down before you hang up.
Assign to a technician
Pick who's going. Unassigned jobs are visible, so work can't quietly belong to nobody.
Late jobs flag themselves
Past the due date and not complete? It turns Overdue and moves to the top of Needs attention.
Search the whole history
Customer, address or job number. Find the outlets from March while the customer is still on the line.
Paperwork when you need it
Pro adds PDF work orders, customer signatures, job photos and CSV export for your accountant.
A dashboard you read in a glance
Open, in progress, overdue and done-this-week counts, plus a crew workload view.
Built for the way jobs arrive
Jobs start with a phone call, not a form
A tenant calls about a leak. A dentist's rooftop unit trips again. A homeowner wants four outlets added. Each one needs a place to land that's faster than a text thread and clearer than a sticky note.
The new-job sheet slides in beside your list, so you never lose your place. Fill it in while you talk, save, and the job is on the board.

Know what the crew is carrying
See the week before it goes sideways
A quick glance at Crew workload shows who has six jobs and who has one. Move a job before it turns into a late one, instead of finding out from the customer.
Filters by technician, status and priority get you from a hundred jobs to the three that matter this morning.
- Active jobs per technician
- Overdue and due-today list
- Search across customer, address and job number

A note from the founder
I built Wrenchlist because most work order tools felt like they were designed for a company ten times the size of the crews I know. This one is small on purpose. If it can't earn a place on your phone in a week, I want to hear why.

Questions people actually ask
What is work order software?
Software for creating, assigning, tracking and closing the jobs a crew has to do. Each work order records the customer, location, what needs doing, who's responsible and when it's due.
Who is Wrenchlist for?
Small contractors, trades and maintenance teams of roughly one to ten people, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman and property maintenance.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Open the app and start. Your work orders are saved in your browser, on your device.
What does it cost?
Free covers unlimited work orders and two technicians. Pro is $19 a month, or $99 once during early-bird. There's no card for Free and you can cancel Pro any time.
Is it work order management software for teams?
Today it works best for one dispatcher or owner managing the crew's jobs. Shared workspaces with sync are in development for the Team plan, and we'll say so plainly until they ship.
What can't it do yet?
Invoicing, online payments, GPS tracking, customer notifications and cloud sync aren't built. If you need those today, a larger field service platform is the better fit.
Put today's jobs on one screen
Open the app, add what's on your board and see what's late. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
