Terms of service

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

The service

Wrenchlist is a web application for managing work orders, plus free printable templates. These terms apply to your use of the website and app.

Your data

The app currently stores your data in your browser. You are responsible for backing it up (for example, by exporting a CSV). Clearing your browser's site data permanently deletes it. We can't recover data we never received.

Plans and payment

Free is free. Pro and Team are paid plans billed through Polar, which acts as the seller. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time through Polar. The lifetime early-bird is a one-time payment for the Pro features available at the time of purchase.

Team includes cloud features that are still in development. Until they are available, Team is early access, and you should purchase it only on that understanding.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, attack or overload it, or resell the templates themselves. You're responsible for the content you create and for complying with the rules of your trade and region.

Templates

Templates are provided as a convenience and are not legal, safety or compliance advice. Check the requirements that apply to your work, contracts and certifications.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Questions: [email protected].
