Privacy policy

The work orders, technicians, photos and signatures you enter in the app are stored in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. They are not sent to us, and we can't see them.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our hosting provider and server may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, time) for security and operations.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply.

Purchases are handled by Polar, which acts as the seller and processes payment details. We never see or store your card number. Polar's own privacy policy governs data you give them at checkout. After purchase, we may receive your email address, plan and license key from Polar so we can support you.

When you enter a license key, your browser sends the key to Polar (or, once enabled, to our own license server) to confirm it is valid. No work order data is included in that request.

When optional cloud sync launches, work orders you choose to sync will be stored on a server operated by us. This policy will be updated before that happens, and sync will be opt-in.

You can delete all local data at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or using Reset demo data in the app. You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing us.

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date below and note the change on this page.
