Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Unlimited work orders, two technicians, the dashboard and all printable templates, with no card and no time limit.
What do I get with Pro?
Unlimited technicians, PDF work orders, customer signatures, job photos, CSV export of all work orders and recurring jobs.
What is Team, and is it available?
Team is for shared workspaces with cloud sync and roles. That backend is still being built, so Team is early access: you'd be backing it and locking in the price, and you should only buy it if that works for you.
What does the $99 lifetime early-bird include?
Every Pro feature that exists today, for a one-time payment. It doesn't include Team cloud sync.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payments go through Polar, which handles the checkout. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your Polar receipt or customer portal.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded on the Free or Pro plans today. Export a CSV for backup.
